8. Making a Digital Story without Narration.

What level of unseen curation exists in a non-narrated digital story, and how much is needed? Wayne Sables, creative director and projection artist from the Wayne Sables Project, Professor Dominic Powlesland and Bethany Watrous of Experience Heritage will discuss the art of creating digital stories without narration. Topics will include immersive reconstructions and desconstructions, how to effectively use visual, lidar and audio elements to convey story, and how to ultimately create a space where the audience can reflect, contemplate and settle into a work while remaining in their own comfort zone.
