About the event

The Northern Digital Storytelling Festival is an online festival comprising 20 sessions designed to encourage collaboration, inspiration, and knowledge-share at the intersections between games, film and TV, XR and the more traditional creative industries, to encourage the furthering of ‘Digital Storytelling’ innovations in the North of England and beyond.

What is non-linear storytelling, and how does it redefine the relationship between story and audience? Speakers Ludovica Fales from UCL, Joly Black and Anna from Four Wheel Drive Theatre, and Founder Director Sarah Coward from In the Room will discuss how digital media are now embracing a stronger focus on non-linearity, and will share their experiences with us.
