Roxy McKenna

Roxy is a BFI NETWORK Talent Executive at Film Hub North, whose mission is to discover, develop and champion new talent in writing, directing and producing. Prior to joining BFI NETWORK, Roxy worked at screen agency Northern Film + Media, and as a freelance producer. Over the course of her career she has commissioned and exec-produced more than 40 short films and documentaries, including 14 Random Acts for Channel 4. Roxy has also devised and delivered numerous talent development and digital innovation programmes, in partnership with broadcasters and film development agencies.

Roxy will be chairing a session, The Building Blocks of Story, taking us back to the basics of storytelling.  Allowing us to reflect on the last 10 days of digital storytelling experiences and see how it all fits together.
